We are an In-Home Product Installation Service.
We install a variety of Home-Improvement Products in our Customer's homes.
Our Installation Service includes removal of any existing product, prepping of the surface area and installation of the new product.
We provide all the necessary tools, caulking, glue, screws, fasteners, etc to correctly install your products!
Additional hardware, add-ons or accessories that are not included with the new product are the responsibility of the Customer to provide. For example, some Storm Doors don't come with Handles, so the handle would need to be purchased separately before installation.
Disposal of the old product is not included, however we do offer an optional disposal for most products for an additional $25.
We replace and install a wide range of In-Home Products including Light Fixtures, Ceiling Fans, Built-in Over-the-Range Microwaves & Hood Vents, Built-in Cooktop Ranges, Under-the-Sink Garbage Disposals, Garage Door Openers, Interior & Exterior Door Handles (doorknobs) & Deadbolts, Exterior Security Doors, Storm Doors & Screen Doors, and Dishwashers (Sorry, NO dishwasher installations in Lancaster County).
We install other Products as well, but the majority of what we install is included on this list. If you have something to be installed that is not listed, please use our Contact Form (Scheduling/Question) to tell us what it is and we'll get back to you with an estimate ASAP!
No. We are an Installation Service, meaning we only install the Products; we do not sell or provide them.
We are not affiliated in any way with retail stores, so it makes no difference where you purchase your products.
Many manufacturers distribute their products at multiple stores, so it could be beneficial to shop around a little.
If you need a starting point, we recommend checking out the following stores (in no specific order)
Most of the products we install come in standard sizes, so there's not a lot to worry about as far as fitting.
Built-in Microwaves & Dishwashers tend to look bigger on display at the store and in the box. Don't worry, they are almost always the standard size and fit like a glove, so unless your kitchen was fully customized rest assured that a standard OTR Microwave or Dishwasher should fit perfectly!
Storm Doors & Security Doors are the main products that actually need to be measured ahead of time. But this is only because doors come in several sizes so it's important to match your Storm or Security Door to the existing door's size.
Unless your door was built completely customized it should be one of the standard sizes.
Storm/Security Doors come in standard sizes of 30", 32", 34" or 36" wide and 80" to 81" tall. Most front doors are 36" wide and side or back doors are normally 32" wide.

*After reading this section if you're still unsure what size to purchase, we can come measure for you for $35.
There are two options when purchasing your products.
- You purchase the product and have it shipped, transported or you personally take it to the installation address.
- You purchase the product in advance from a local hardware store, have it reserved for 'pickup' by Indoor Outdoor and we'll pick up the product on the day of installation and bring to the installation address (we charge $35 to pick up products).
All products must be purchased by the Customer BEFORE scheduling our installation service.
If you purchase your products to be picked up by our installer please choose the store location that is closest to the installation address (or use the South location).

We take pride in our work and are dedicated to properly installing every product the right way, the first time!
Upon completion of the installation we demonstrate and explain proper use of the product as well as answer any questions and/or address any concerns that our customer may have. We also take before and after pictures of every installation and require a project completion verification by the customer before leaving the property.
Please note: Our liability is limited to the actual installation of the product, and we accept no liability for the quality of the products themselves. We cannot predict or control how long the product will last or what the future holds for any household products. Basically we let the manufacturers guarantee their own products.
When choosing your products please remember that you get what you pay for - use better products, get better results. There are a lot of options out there, from cheap garbage to high quality.
Do some research, read reviews and make good decisions!
Every installation is different and the amount of time is determined by multiple factors. However, a general estimate is that it can take 1-4+ hours per product being installed.
Most of the products we install require the installer to have access to the interior of your house, so it's helpful to have someone there during the installation.
Also it's pretty important to show the customer the final installed product, demonstrate how to properly use it and answer any questions, so we do require someone to be there when the installation is completed.
Due prior to installation starting:
50% of the total installation fee.
Due upon completion of installation:
The remaining 50%.
Payments accepted are: Cash, some cash apps, PayPal, credit/debit cards and checks (with photo ID that matches the check name and includes the installation address - we will take a photo of the ID next to the check for proof of authenticity)
Note: If you are given an installation estimate sight unseen, but upon arrival we discover that there are additional factors that would increase the installation fee, we will not start the installation until a final price is agreed upon. No one likes surprises after the fact.
