OTR (Over-the-Range) Microwaves are permanently installed to the underside of the cabinet above the Range or Cooktop.

OTR (Over-the-Range) Hood Vents are exhaust vents that are permanently installed to the bottom of the cabinet above the Range or Cooktop.

Built-In Countertop Electric Cooktops are permanently installed into the countertop, typically on a kitchen island or an area of the countertop that a range would normally be located.

Kitchen Sink Faucets and Bathroom Sink Faucets and Drains.

Garbage Disposals are electric motorized grinders that are connected to the kitchen sink drain in the storage area under the sink and help with disposal of food wastes in the sink. 

Please note: Due to City regulations, we cannot install Garbage Disposals in the City of Lincoln or within 3 miles of the City Limits.

Dishwashers are machines that automatically clean dishes. They are permanently installed in the kitchen under a counter and normally next to or close to the kitchen sink.
