OTR Microwave Replacement / Installation
OTR (Over-the-Range) Microwaves are permanently installed to the cabinet above the Range or Cooktop using brackets and bolts, and typically require a technician to uninstall and install a replacement.
OTR Microwaves come in a standard size of 30" wide by 17" high and between 15" to 17" deep. If you're planning to have your microwave replaced it's a good idea to take a quick general measurement of the existing microwave before purchasing a new one.
If you feel that you have a uniquely difficult situation or you're unsure about the size of replacement you need, we can come do a pre-installation evaluation for $35.
- Purchase your new OTR Microwave pretty much anywhere as most hardware stores, Amazon and even Walmart carry OTR Microwaves, and have it at the installation address when we arrive (optionally we can pick up and deliver the Microwave for an additional $35).
- We'll remove the old unit, install the new unit and make sure everything works and functions as it should.

NOTE: We will connect the new unit in the way the old unit was installed, adding or changing veniting or NEW installations require an in-person evaluation and custom quote.
